One of the most excitingly bred reining mares to come to Australia. After a long exhaustive search, with very strict criteria to fill, when this stunning young mare became available, it was just meant to be.

My all time favorite mare is the electrifying triple NRHA WORLD CHAMPION Ebony Spook. My all time favourite stud, from the minute I saw Cira ride him at WEG, is  the sensational Colonels Shining Gun (Jo Jo) at WEG. When this stunning filly,  an actual daughter of CSG and Ebony Spook became available, even though she was in France, I knew she HAD to come to Australia. Talented, smart, sweet, beautiful, tall, beautifully put together, a European Open Futurity finalist ,seven panel clear, and with some of the best lines ever to come to this country.

Incidentally Ebony Spook was bred by the legend Bob Loomis so Polly is the legacy of two of America's top breeders. She was selected by Melane Gerber in Switzerland, who purchased her as a baby and imported her to Europe as a two year old. After only a fairly short preparation the talented filly was shown at the enormous, prestigious NRHA European Futurity where she made the finals - no mean feat where the calibre of horse and rider equals the level of competition at the highest levels in the States. Not long after that, the deal was done and Polly was headed for Australian shores. She is certainly well travelled - born in the States, off to Italy as a youngster, then France, back to Italy  for the Futurity, then to France, Germany for quarantine and finally Australia.

Polly is unique and brings many firsts to Australia 

She is the only Q registered Colonel's Shining Gun progeny in Australia

She is the first reiner imported from Europe

She is the first NRHA Open Futurity finalist to come to Australia 

She is the only daughter of a triple World champion in Australia.....

And I truly believe she will make a big impact on the industry with her progeny in the years to come.
